Welcome to the Utah Tulip Festival. By entering our property or participating in any activities, you agree to the following
terms and conditions:
1. Ticketing & Admission

- All tickets are non-refundable.

- Admission is valid only for the date listed on the ticket if you did not purchase an Any Day pass or Season Pass.

- Lost, stolen, or altered tickets will not be replaced.

- We reserve the right to refuse or revoke admission to any guest who does not follow these

3. Agritourism Liability Warning (Utah Law)
WARNING: Under Utah Law, an operator of an Agritourism Activity or the property where the
activity takes place is not liable for the injury, illness, death or damage to personal property of a participant that primarily results from the inherent risks of the activity or a participant’s failure to follow instructions or exercise reasonable caution. you are assuming the risk of participating in or observing an agritourism activity.
4. General Liability Waiver
By visiting the Utah Tulip Festival, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with farm activities. Utah Tulip Festival
and its affiliates are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, allergic reactions, or lost/damaged personal
property.
You agree to release and hold harmless Utah Tulip Festival, Family Farm Adventures, LLC, its owners, staff, and partners.
WARNING: The Utah Tulip Festival in general, will have areas of uneven ground, as well as animals and other allergens.
Guests with respiratory sensitivities, back issues, who may be pregnant, have a history of allergies should take extra
precautions. If you suspect your health could be at risk for any reason, or you could aggravate a pre-existing condition of any kind,
DO NOT PARTICIPATE!
5. Weather Policy
We are an outdoor venue and operate in most weather conditions. In cases of dangerous weather, we may delay or
cancel events. Tickets remain non-refundable, but rescheduling may be possible at our discretion.

7. Farm Policies

- No outside food, alcohol, or pets (except service animals).

- Smoking/vaping are not allowed on the premises.

- Please respect our animals, crops, and equipment.
8. Group & Private Events
Group reservations and private events may have additional terms outlined in your event agreement. Cancellations/
reschedules must follow those policies.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective
immediately.
